- Air conditioning for the Vip Lodge, Luxury, and Casalborsetti types
- Access to the pool: sunbeds available until exhaustion (June-August), swim cap not required
- Satellite TV (excluding the Classic type)
- Utilities
- Dishes
- Entertainment for both adults and children (July-August)
- Sports area: beach volleyball, racquetball, bocce, free throw basketball, ping pong
- VAT 10%, except in case of VAT changes

- Air conditioning for the Chalet, Caravan, and Bungalow types, available for an extra charge. Note: A/C is not provided for the Classic type (€32 for 35-hour package)

All accommodations must be returned clean and tidy. Otherwise, the security deposit will be withheld.
Check-in after 5:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
The balance for the entire stay must be paid upon arrival.
